We can help you find an available lot to purchase before we start the building process. Once then land is purchased we can have a new home ready to move into in just a few months.

We can go straight to the building process, and have a new home built for you in a few months!
BASIC BUILDING PROCESS
STEP 1
Find/Design a plan.
Pick a plan that has most or all of your needs that we can modify. Or, design one from the ground up with our architect.
STEP 3
Finalize Budget.
Determine the all-inclusive price to build your home as designed and specified.
STEP 2
Make Selections.
Customize your home with exterior and interior features, materials and finishes.
STEP 4
Start to build.
We handle the entire construction phase from site work to permitting to home construction.
