ADVANCE SCHEDULING - We provide an estimated project schedule based on the job requirements.  We typically line up suppliers and subcontractors days or weeks in advance so they're ready when we are. If changes need to be made, we will make sure to coordinate with you as soon as possible to keep you in the loop.
 

SET PRICING - We guarantee our pricing.  When you accept a price quote, you'll know it's a quote - not an estimate.  It's our job to make the project come in on budget, and it's our problem if we fail in that endeavor.  The only thing that can change the price is a change in the scope of work.
 

WRITTEN CONTRACT - We always sign a written contract so the scope of work, pricing and expectations of you and us are clearly defined.
